COVID-19 Update:

While we enjoy celebrating with all of our clients, we understand the need to postpone events in light of the current situation so we have written the following message to address some questions we have been receiving:

We have already made adjustments to our refund & cancellation policy to offer a company credit of the full amount paid towards another event date within the next 12 months. This is a change from our previous policy of retaining a non refundable deposit.

We are confident that when social distancing is no longer necessary everyone will be ready to celebrate! While we do have many dates open for Summer and Fall 2020 as well as most of 2021, we do recommend securing your date with us as soon as you are able. We will prioritize the needs of clients who had to reschedule due to COVID-19 but we cannot offer dates that are already booked.

The health and safety of our clients and employees is of the utmost importance to us here at Mirrored Memories and we have taken certain precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have worked with clients to reschedule March and April event dates. We have removed all props that touch the face and will not have them back in rotation until COVID-19 is contained. We have always disinfected our props after each event and are now adding to that by sanitizing props as they are used throughout the event. We are also supplying hand sanitizer and/or sanitation wipes for clients who visit our booths.

We certainly hope that COVID-19 will not effect any more of our client's events but in a case that it does, we've got you covered! We are still booking dates for the coming months and we want, our current and future clients to feel confident in their choice to book Mirrored Memories for their events!
